1) Poem is that of Charles Bukowski " The Laughing Heart"
2) What make is ironic is that it repeats the words " your life is your life". But yet it is used to advertise the famous brand of jeans Levi's . The commercial tries to convince it's audience to fall into the urge to be like everyone else.
3) I was unsure of Charles Bukowski which lead me to look him up. I learned of his reputation, which the poem reflects. The poem encourages viewers take charge in what they believe. But in reality that was exactly what Bukowski was doing.
4) I found the answer for number one by simply looking up the title of the video. Also leading me into the #3
